A choice of either flushable/disposable or washable, liners simply lay inside the nappy to catch solids and make it easier to dispose of them...
junior joy - enviro nappy liners
These are flushable and paper-based so also biodegradable/compostable.
They are much thinner than the 'Ultra Biodegradable' liner (so less likely to clog up ancient plumbing). This is a very generous liner (approx 35 x 22cm) that helps to keep the skin dry as well as making it asy to dispose of solids down the loo!
Slightly 'shiny' on one side (we'd recommend using the liner shiny side away from the skin), it's not as soft as the Ultra liner and also shouldn't be folded or used doubled up in a nappy as it will repel wet. If it's too big for your nappies tear or cut to make a smaller liner.
