Real Nappies for London is a scheme that several London boroughs are participating in. For more information on the boroughs that are taking part and how the scheme works look at the RNfL web site here
The scheme offers users of real nappies a voucher (values vary from borough to borough but between £20 and £55 is usual) that can be used to purchase cloth nappies and associated products.
If you have a voucher and wish to use it shopping on our web site you will need to do the following:

Place your order by phone telling us that you have a voucher to redeem. We will ask you to post your voucher, along with proof of address (a copy of your driving license or a utility bill) to us. We will hold your order in our system until we receive your voucher. If you are ordering goods with a value higher than that of your voucher you will need to pay the balance by credit/debit card or include a cheque with your voucher by post. Please note, under no circumstances will we be able to dispatch your order until we have the voucher and your proof of address.
Or:
Order via our web site. You must state clearly in the 'additional information' field of our checkout page that you are sending us a RNfL voucher as payment/part payment along with proof of address in the form of a copy of your driving license or a utility bill. You must then proceed to the PROTX payment portal and complete your card details as normal. If there is a balance due after redemption of the voucher we will charge ONLY this balance to your payment card and only once we have received your voucher. If your voucher covers the full amount of your order your payment card will not be charged at all, at any point, however, you can not complete the order process without submitting your card details.
General terms:
Please note; there is no cash alternative to the voucher and no change can be given if your order total is less than the voucher total. We can not hold the balance as credit, you will lose the balance if you do not spend the entire voucher in one transaction. Goods purchased using a voucher can be exchanged for alternative products if they are unsuitable (and fulfill our standard returns criteria; i.e. they are unused/unwashed and in resalable condition) but no refunds can be granted on goods purchased with a Real Nappies for London voucher.
The voucher may only be used to purchase nappies, wraps, liners, boosters and other products that are reasonably associated with the use of real nappies. They may not be used to purchase clothing, toiletries, nappy creams, accessories such as nappy meshes or bags or training pants (as the scheme is aimed at parents with babies of 18m or younger)
We are only able to dispatch orders to the address on the voucher and need proof of this address to accompany the voucher when you submit it to us.
There is no cash alternative and no refund on goods purchased with the voucher
