Delivery aims...
We endeavour to despatch as soon as possible after receipt of order. This
usually means same/next working day depending on the time you place your
order. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will
contact you by email to advise an estimated delivery date.
We use either standard Royal Mail postal services to deliver your goods
(First Class, Second Class & Parcel services) or an overnight courier
service. Which service is used is dependant on both the weight and the value
of your parcel. Most services will arrive within 3 days but you should allow
5 days for delivery. If your nappy needs are particularly urgent please feel
free to contact us by telephone or email to discuss availability and
delivery options and we will do our best to get your order to you quickly.
UK delivery charges
We offer FREE delivery on orders over £50, or £1.50 for orders below £50 within the UK. This may on occasion exclude
some UK islands including (but not restricted to) the Outer Hebrides, Isle
of Man, Channel Islands & Isles of Scilly for heavy parcels where standard
Royal Mail services and courier options may be restricted. If your order is
affected we will contact you with details of delivery costs at which point
you may cancel your order without obligation should postage costs prove
unacceptable.
Delivery charges outside the UK
If you are ordering from outside the UK we will contact you by email to let
you know the delivery charge for your order. We charge postage based on the
weight of your order - and average charge to an EU country is £2.20 but
heavier parcels may cost more. If, when we contact you with the delivery
charge you are not happy you may cancel your order.
