nappies

To make browsing through the nappies as easy as possible we've categorised them by 'type' rather than brand, so you can either have a leisurely browse or find the specific nappy you want to buy in a couple of clicks...

'shaped nappies' - this category contains all the different styles we stock where a wrap is needed over the nappy. They are incredibly popular due to the flexibility the combinations of nappy and wrap provide. These are divided into two types of nappy, either 'sized' or 'birth to potty'. Birth to potty nappies are effectively 'one size' nappies that are suitable from birth right through to potty training - or 'sized', meaning you will have to buy 2 or possibly 3 sizes to get from birth to toddler.

'pocket style' nappies - we've given these their own category as they are somewhere between a shaped nappy, an all-in-one and a wrap! Basically they are a waterproof wrap lined with fleece or terry and have a pocket or pouch that you stuff with a absorbent material (a folded terry nappy or prefold for example).

'all-in-ones' - these are nappies that have several layers of fleece, terry or a combination and have a permanent waterproof cover that doesn't detach. They fasten with velcro/aplix or poppers. They are the easiest to use as they're pretty much the same as a disposable.

'flat nappies'. This section includes terry squares, prefolds and the simple, yet effective disana tie-on...

training pants. Designed for the toddler who's well on the way to potty training. Whether you need to catch the odd little dribble (!) or still require a good level of absorbency but need the convenience of a pull-up pant.
