Shaped nappies are essentially the inside bit of a two-part nappy system. They are made of terry, fleece or a combination of the two and fasten with velcro/aplix or poppers. They require a separate waterproof wrap to keep the wet in.
These are all 'sized' nappies which means you'll need to buy 2 or possibly 3 sizes to get frm newborn to potty trained. Although this is a more costly option than using 'birth to potty' nappies the advatages include better fitting nappies and less bulk on newborn babies.

This is a fabulous nappy in a wonderful range of fruity colours.
It has a soft poly/cotton velour inner, a poly/cotton velour outer and a thirsty microterry soaker (hidden) making it a fairly slim, pretty absorbent, reasonable drying nappy!
The most noticable thing about this nappy is just how soft it is...
It's a side-snap nappy with a double set of double poppers at the waist.
As with all sized nappies it gives a trim fit right through the weight range.
We recommend washing bright/dark colours separately to ensure they are colour fast before washing with white nappies.
*** Please note, this nappy has recently undergone a size adjustment and the size 0 nappy is being phased out. New weight guidelines for the size 1 & 2 nappies are as follows:
size 1 3-9KG (old size range 5-11KG)
size 2 8-16KG (old size range 9-16KG).

Exactly the same design as the original Toudou but made from organic cotton velour. The absorbent 'soaker' (hidden inside the nappy) is bamboo rather than microfibre.
