pocket style

Pocket style nappies are a kind of halfway house between all-in-ones and shaped nappies. A waterproof, lined wrap style nappy that has an integral pocket which is then stuffed with absorbent material to the level required.

Great for those that don't have a tumble drier as the stuffing is removed for washing so you effectively have a flat nappy and a wrap to dry separately.

Stuffing You can use anything absorbent to stuff a pocket nappy, it's about getting the balance between absorbency and bulk right for your circumstances. Here are some options:
Terry square - pad folded (very absorbent but bulky) Prefold (absorbent, fairly bulky) Shaped terry pocket nappy insert (medium absorbency, medium bulk) Hemp pocket nappy insert (absorbent, slim) Microfibre cloths (medium absorbency, very slim)

Many people find that a combination of these things work well in different circumstances, for example, terry squares with a microfibre cloth for night time and hemp for day time...

The brand new re-designed Fuzzi Bunz pocket nappy is here!

At first glance this appears to be very similar to the original Fuzzi pocket nappy but although the differences are subtle they make for a more reliable, better fitting nappy - and that's important!

The most obvious difference is the shaping of the tabs at the front of the nappy. Re-designed to make the fit even better across the weight range the tabs now have squared off ends making the top of the nappy less likely to roll inwards and cause leaks.

The elastic is better quality making for a snugger, more comfortable fit.

The nappies are now 'precision cut' so there's less variation in sizing, within the same sized nappy.

Available in 3 standard sizes initially, with the 'specialist' sizes (Petite Toddler and XL) to follow in the future.

This fabulous birth-to-potty Stuffable is the latest new product from Nature Babies.

Taking on board all of the best features of the existing sized Stuffables (leg gussets, super soft binding, great prints, adjustable rise) and coming up with a great new fit and design has resulted in a really adaptable, reliable nappy that works right through the weight range from 8lb to potty training.

For a birth to potty nappy this is pretty generously sized at the top end of the weight range with clever tabs and a nice deep rise and we've no doubt that this will fit the average sized toddler through to potty training...

At the other end of the scale, on a skinny legged new-born this might be a little big all over and especially around the legs but by 10lb it should be a great fit!

In addition to a great pocket nappy you also get two microfibre inserts for total versatility and enough absorbency to last even a heavy wetter 3 hours+ in most cases. Please do remember that fit is as important as stuffing...

tiny tush - elite one-size pocket - popper fastening

This is a very adjustable birth-to-potty pocket nappy.

It fastens with poppers at the waist and has 3 rows of poppers through the rise to allow the nappy to be shortened to fit from birth upwards. This also makes it one of the most adjustable BTP nappies around!

It has a neat pocket opening, situated about an inch down from the top of the nappy at the back, and the opening is an 'envelope' style so the insert/stuffing stays neatly inside.

The inner is soft micro-fleece so acts as a stay dry barrier.

This nappy is supplied 'empty' so inserts must be purchased separately. It can be stuffed with anything absorbent, from microfibre to hemp. We've had great success in our trials with a pad folded terry square...

Available in a range of colours from pastel to bright, so there's something for everyone!

Designed to fit from birth by way of a clever range of poppers, this nappy has a soft fleece inner to keep wet away from the skin and a PUL outer to keep wet in!

A birth to potty pocket nappy that adjusts by way of a series of poppers.

Easy to use, it has a PUL outer and fleece pocket which needs to be stuffed with absorbent material.

We recommend the Wonderfull hemp or microfibre inserts but you could also use a prefold or pad folded terry square.

Bulk is dependent on stuffing!

Pockets dry very quickly, stuffing that opens out to a single layer (like a terry square) or is synthetic (like microfibre) will also be quick drying.

This is a replacement for the Wonderworks 'Wonderoo' previously imported from the US but now manufactured in Europe. Sizing is more generous and pocket is fleece rather than suede cloth with superior stay dry qualitiy.

Please note that this nappy is now supplied *without* an insert. These can be ordered separately in either microfibre or hemp or you can use any absorbent insert (prefold, terry square etc.)
