We are a small, family business based in Suffolk. We set up Kittykins after we'd spent hours before our first son was born, searching the internet for information about the various cloth nappy brands while trying to work out what system suited our budget, our lifestyle and our baby best.
Tom, our original chief tester, is now happily wearing 'big boy pants' and the testing is down to his younger brother, Jesse. Between them they've used every product we sell. We have tried to be honest about the performance of the products, but inevitably what works well for us may not be so good for you. We appreciate your feedback about the products we sell and aim to keep the site advice up to date based on user feedback as well as our own experience.
We work around the needs of our very young family so sometimes we don't keep 'normal' office hours! We are usually available to answer the phone between 10.00am and 4:00pm but sometimes the answer machine will pick up your call if we are busy packing orders or dealing with deliveries (or attending to a hungry/tired/grumpy baby!). Please do leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

We welcome your comments about our site and the things we sell. In particular if there is a product you'd like to buy that we don't stock, please let us know and we'll do our best to source it for you...
If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please call us, we're happy to take orders this way.
If you want to pay by cheque you can either email your order details and we will wait for your cheque or send us your order and cheque by post. We reserve the right to hold your order until your cheque has cleared.
If you'd like to talk through your order with us or ask our advice about anything nappy related, feel free to call or email us and we'll do our best to help.
We no longer produce a printed catalogue. Due to our continually changing range and regular price changes we have found it impossible to keep a catalogue up to date and relevant.
